Documentation is needed for legal and medical reasons to benefit the patient Forge, J. (2014). Important clinical documents for paramedics are the consent and dismissal of paramedic transportation forms. Documenting the patients care is important for monitoring and viewing the patients progress. Constant and accurate documentation with written communication regarding the patient is organized and can improve the patients recovery through the viewing of their progress.
